Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on destination and carrier. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Cotton Isle is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s).
